LogicMonitor management
Our managed offering (LogicMonitor Support Essentials) gives you on-demand expertise, support and management for existing LogicMonitor customers, so you can focus on data-driven decisions and not on maintaining a capability.
The LogicMonitor Support Essentials package includes regular (usually weekly) scheduled meetings where your priorities are addressed by a LogicMonitor Certified Professional who will:
- Assesses the current state of the LogicMonitor portal
- Gives guidance including but not limited to the configuration and support of LogicMonitor
- Ensures the portal is optimally configured, up-to-date and managed according to best practices on an ongoing basis
- Ensures the portal is aligned to support your operations
Additionally, you will receive quarterly LogicMonitor HealthChecks and a consultant-led review to help discuss and prioritise any issues that should be resolved.
LogicMonitor HealthCheck
LogicMonitor can be simple to deploy but complex to configure; and over time, complexities multiply. A LogicMonitor HealthCheck is included in our deployment and ongoing management options but is also available standalone. This report gives a comprehensive assessment of your LogicMonitor portal, and together with a consultant-led review of the document, gives you a full understanding of where your portal deviates from best practices and where you should focus. Configuration and performance issues are highlighted to give you a clear corrective action plan. The report covers:

Integrations
The power of observability depends on having effective integrations, connecting to other systems like ServiceNow or ConnectWise. If your tools are out of sync, you’re deprived of accurate data and can’t process incidents. Our team has many years of experience integrating LogicMonitor with other tools to help you keep things on track.
