About Panoramic Data

In one sentence: Panoramic Data Limited makes Magic Suite, an integrated automation platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams.

Standard text: Panoramic Data Limited is the company behind Magic Suite, an integrated automation platform designed primarily for managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams. Magic Suite is a family of products that work together: ReportMagic combines data from many systems into branded, automated reports for each customer; AlertMagic reduces noise in the ticketing system by removing unnecessary tickets; Merlin starts investigating the moment an event fires, gathers evidence and writes a probable cause on the ticket, and applies no fix without human approval; ConnectMagic keeps cloud and on-site systems in sync in both directions; and DataMagic brings operational and historical data from all of a customer’s Cisco Meraki organizations into one place. Panoramic Data is a Cisco Partner and a Cisco Meraki Technology Partner, is ISO 27001 certified, and also publishes open-source, MIT-licensed NuGet packages that give .NET developers typed access to vendor APIs.

How the names fit together: Panoramic Data Limited is the company, and “Panoramic Data” is how we refer to it. Magic Suite is our platform. Merlin, ReportMagic, AlertMagic, ConnectMagic and DataMagic are the products within Magic Suite.

Logos

Use the SVG wherever your tool accepts it: it stays sharp at any size. The PNG files are transparent and high-resolution (logos with a name are 3000 pixels wide, icons are 2048 pixels square), so scale them down, never up. Every file has the product name drawn as shapes, so it looks identical on a computer that does not have our typeface.
